hermit crab \nq The "mw" in this form is what in the Marshallese-English dictionary describe as a 'heavy' (= pharyngealized) bilabial nasal; they use a cedilla under the 'm'. In some other languages of Micronesia (and Melanesia) which reportedly have a bilabial nasal different from [m] that is produced with lip spreading rather than lip rounding, "mw" is used.
