Dempwolff (1938) reconstructed *sunDul ‘to push, shove, butt into’ based on Tagalogsundol ‘to stick, poke’ and Javaneseke-sondol ‘get pushed from behind or one side’, together with Malaysondol ‘lowering the head (of a horned animal that charges); nuzzling (of a cat); to butt or jog with the head’. I am unable to find this Tagalog form in either Panganiban (1966) or English (1986), and even if it is included the comparison he offered seems problematic.
